Dr. Suhair received her DDS degree from the University of California San Francisco Dental School in 2004. She then worked in the San Rafael Community Clinic and was a faculty member at the University of California San Francisco and the University of the Pacific.

She completed her Masters degree with honors from the Central University of Venezuela in 2011.
